I would have gone across the street and got 2 rooms at a hotel that would actually accommodate us. I would have never checked into that hotel if I knew I didn't have connecting rooms. No offer for anything to make me less upset. I called and talked to someone who said she was a supervisor explained my situation and what had just happened at the front desk, and she did nothing. I thanked her repeatedly and got my kiddos and went to our room. I explained my situation and why it was imperative that they were connected not just close to one another she claimed the 'bumped' someone else with joining rooms and gave them to us. When I checked in, I asked the lady if the rooms were connected, and she told me no. I was told my reservation was noted for the connected rooms. We brought a babysitter who was going to put them to bed in our room and then go into her and still be able to be available in case the children woke up.

I was coming for my birthday and my children were with us. I called 3 different times before arriving to let them know I needed adjoining rooms.
